The "Soft Heat"
ComfortZone™ space heater essentially duplicates the
way Nature heats when it warms the Earth to provide a soft,
convection-like heat. Essentially, it works to heat the air through
infrared heating elements - much like the rays of the sun providing
warmth. This heated air is then directed back into the indoor
environment by fans - through a grill on the front of the unit. The
result... even, soft heat that is normally balanced between floor and
ceiling by no more than a few degrees difference.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Your order will normally be
shipped within 24 - 48 hours once payment is confirmed. Please allow
10-14 business days to receive your order..
How will you ship my order?
Shipments are made via FedEx Ground.
How can I track my order?
You will be notified by email when your order ships and you will
receive a tracking number that will allow you to check on shipping
progress.

When do I get charged?
You will NOT be charged until your FedEx tracking number has been
issued. Please allow 24 hours for your FedEx confirmation to be logged
into FedEx's main system and receive your email.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes. PayPal Guarantee's that each purchase you make is protected and
safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for
them.
How do you protect my personal
information?
Pay Pal utilizes the leading SSL
(secure socket layers) technology in order to encrypt all personal
information, including your name and credit card number, so that it
can't be read while being transferred from your web browser to our
Internet site.
Return
Policy
- We proudly stand behind the technology
and products that we sell. You may return
merchandise in its original condition within 30*
days of receiving your order. We will refund the
total sales amount and the original shipping charges
(if any). The merchandise must also be in new
condition, packed in its original manufacturers box
and include all original packaging material,
original manuals and any accessories that came with
the item.
Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior
to shipping your package back to us.
- We will only refund shipping costs if the return
is a result of our error.
- Any claims for damaged items or
discrepancies (for example: missing items in your
order) must be submitted to our Customer Service
Department within 7 business days after delivery.
You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or
telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue
a refund, if notified after 7 business days.
If the return is the result of our error, we
will arrange to have the item picked up via FedEx
and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a
complete refund including shipping costs, if any.
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs for Canadian
orders. Items that are returned in un-sellable
condition, are missing parts, or returned to us
without authorization will be charged a 10%-20%
restocking fee at our discretion.
If a package is returned to our warehouse or
undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier,
and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to
you, we will refund the total sales amount minus a
$35 shipping charge.

How to Return An item
1. Call our Customer Service Hotline at (866)
446-2864 to obtain a return merchandise
authorization (RMA). we will issue a RMA# for the
return which you must write on the box.
2. Packing your return- Place the item in its
original packaging with all documents, manuals,
parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in
the original box. Please clearly write your RA # on
the outside of your box.
3. Shipping your return- If you are shipping the
unit back to us on the money-back-guarantee, you as
the buyer pay all shipping costs. We recommend that
you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or
FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product.
Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for
your records. Your responsible for seeing to it that
we receive your item back in our warehouse undamaged
and in good working order.
4. Upon receipt of your item, we will send you an
e-mail to notify you that your return has been
processed. We will issue you a credit refund. Please
allow 14 business days for your credit refund to
post to your account.

· Items must be in original packaging, in as-new
condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards,
manuals and accessories.
· Please allow approximately 14 business days for
your return to be processed once it has arrived at
the warehouse.
When will my credit appear on my account?
If you have not received your credit within the
allotted time, please contact us at
returns@comfortzoneinfraredheaters.com.
Credit Time Table
· RETURNS - Please allow 14 business days after our
warehouse receives your package for a refund to be
processed to your credit card. For orders paid with
an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via
First Class Mail within 14 business days.
· This time does not include the time it takes for
the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time
involved to process a claim.
